- Use the canonical YouTube or approved Google-hosted media URL.
- Provide an accurate title, summary, creator, category and duration when known.
- Use a descriptive thumbnail alternative text and add a transcript or captions link when available.

Submit by email
CLP will accept media suggestions by email once a monitored contribution inbox is confirmed. The address is not configured yet, so please do not guess an email address. Use the subject CLP Media Suggestion — [Video title] and include the canonical YouTube URL, exact title, original creator/channel, short summary, intended audience, category, duration and publication date if known, transcript/captions link, attribution/rights notes and why it belongs in CLP.
Until the contribution inbox is published, use the repository submission route below or keep the proposal ready. Submissions are reviewed before any listing is published.
Editorial review
- Prepare a media record using the CLP media record template.
- Submit the record in a pull request.
- The editor verifies the source, metadata, rights, accessibility and playback.
- The item appears in the public gallery only after the approved pull request is merged.
